Sir, while preparing the Historical Financial Statement, EBITDA is calculated differently compared to the Common-size Statement, where we calculated EBITDA by adding net profit, depreciation, interest, and tax. Can we use the same EBITDA when preparing the Historical Financial Statement as well? Because the two amounts are different.

Hello @Parth Sir I have a doubt regarding Financial statement that why you subtracted interest first from EBITDA then subtracted depreciation, shouldn't it be the other way round?

Just a little doubt that, i have seen people on Linkedin posting their model and forecasting each and every line item of financial statement. Is it necessary to forecast all line items or it is enough what you taught in the forecasting video . Thank you ☺️
