Hello i had my interview already, questions well answered,no lease to present as my wife never did put me in it saying her daughter's been in it all the while before we got married,uscis officer said just show something to prove and after all the officer said they will do a background check. The Philippines from what I heard have the most cases and I have heard cases taking 2+ years. My fiance is from Colombia and after all of the stories that I am hearing, I have no idea how long it is expected for us to get our invitation for the NVC interview. I submitted mine in Jan 23, it will be exactly 12 months next week. The processing times for 824 are 12-13 months. Request for an expedite if you have a strong reason.
