I am thoroughly enjoying watching you play fabledom. I find you hilarious, even when you are not trying to be ;) I just bought the game the other day and I am well and truly hooked. After watching how you play it, I realised I should have been more forward thinking right from the star. Oh well lesson learned. I am sure I will play it from the start at one point again. T x

It's not a silly question at all. Without checking, I think I have two labourer huts, which are both maxed out.

Quick question Jack! Is it only really necessary to place Stockpiles when your industrial buildings pop-up with the "Storage Inventory Full" icon? I have placed 4 coal burning huts in preparation for Winter (I'm in Fall/Autumn) in my 3rd year, yet I don't seem to have any coal being stored :/ Any ideas? EDIT: Also! Just curious... Are you playing on casual (not creative) mode or normal mode?

Hmm, interesting. If you click on the houses, do they have coal stored locally? It may be the case that they are being used up as soon as your little guys take the resource to the stockpile. Let me know what happens when you check. I am playing on normal mode, not casual, just so we can experience the full game with combat, etc.

@@jackdoor I checked! Yes! Most of the homesteads were housing some! Thank you! I set up one more coal hut and I seem to be actually stocking up on it now. Phew! I'm still watching your playthrough and getting loads of tips and ideas! : )

do we need commoners? I know they pay more tax but they don't do many peasant jobs, whereas peasants do many commoner jobs

They also work at some types of buildings peasants won't be able to work at. They are higher tier buildings that are mid to late game.
