"communiCARE" - what is alive in you?

In the video, participants of the Erasmus + "communiCARE" training course share their learning outcomes, experience and thoughts about empathy and empathic communication.
The training was carried out 13-20.05.2023 in Jastrzębia Góra, Poland and was focusing on the importance and impact of empathic communication in youth work. It gathered trainers, educators, youth workers, social workers and psychologists from 8 countries. The training itself as our understanding of empathy and empathic communication, is inspired by and based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg and the concept of NVC (Nonviolent communication).
