Ofcourse communicating effectively is imp, but to highlight that dont underestimate technical knowledge, how much communication skill u require deoends on ur role, like team member or team lead or project manager or business analyst, very imp point is u r telling like tech knowledge u can acquire in 2 or 3 months, but to communicate effectively it takes years, anything which can be learned in jst 2 months by anybody wont be paid lakhs & lakhs, ivala s/w programmer job is one of the heighest paid jobs ante, bcoz it requires talent & years of dedication to that job..
