Communication is a very simple word but the meaning it has in Project Management world is somewhat deep and important. After seeing this video now it is more clear that how communication needs to be done.

Through this video I learned about the importance of project communication management to reach the objectives of a project.Project communication is all about ensuring that the right people get right information at right time. The project manager spends most of his time communicating with stakeholders and team members. I learned about what is communication model? A sender encodes a message through a medium and then a receiver decodes the message.Moreover, after recieving the message the receiver gives feedback to the sender.

I always thought that communication is just a simple topic . But after going through this video I learned that it is very critical process in project management that needs diligent amount of work if we want right things to be delivered on both ends

The main issue with communication is that receiver not understanding (decode) message as wanted by sender which will result is wrong action. However, the worse than decoding sometimes is time of get message send or receive special for critical information that required timely feedback or action.
