I don't know if Florious knows this, but I figured I should tell him just in case: Generals only get the "Organizer" trait if you assign them individual battle plans. If you only give battle plans to the field marshal leading them, they will never get it. Normally, this isn't a bad thing because few people even care about planning to begin with, and getting a trait slows down the progress of getting all others. But you actually like Grand Battleplan, so I figured you'd appreciate the 20% planning speed. Another thing that I'm not sure if you avoid on purpose is giving your generals less than 24 divisions. I think what you try to do is avoid grinding the "Skilled Staffer" trait because it's not very useful and slows down future traits, but generals improve much faster when they're commanding the maximum possible amount of divisions (going over the limit slows it down again though). So IMO it's worth risking getting Skilled Staffer.

The weird way is in the civil war you choose democratic Germany and when the civil war is done you can release communuist Germany and I made it this way because democratic Germany is allot better then the communuist in the civil war🎉

Something very unintuitive, defense is good for attacking and attack is good for defending. Breakthrough is your defense while attacking, so a increase in defense also increases your breakthrough meaning you deal more Org damage, leading to faster pushes and easier encirclements Attack increase your soft and hard attack which means more damage to the unit you are fighting, this is good on defense because you will already have entrenchment that increases your defense stat and you only need more defense than the enemies have breakthrough. (example: 5 enemies with 100 breakthrough attack you, you have 1 defender with 500 defense and 200 soft attack and 1 defender with 1000 defense and 100 soft attack, both will defend similarly well (ignoring minor variables) but the one with 200 soft attack will cause a lot more deaths and destroyed equipment.) That's also why tank experts give you defense for your armored troops, it increases the tanks breakthrough.

What if you leave one of the three states that Germany would demand to an independent Czechoslovakia? Would you be able to keep the other two? Would Germany only demand from the Czech since they still exist? Edit: I just tried it myself. Even if I leave one state for the Germans to take from Czechoslovakia, they will still demand from me. Austria on the other hand, if I leave one state, I can keep the rest.
