"Is this a bit?!" The other Christmas episodes have their charms, but this one's my favorite, and definitely the one I re-watch most often. Love Taran Killam's energy here, and the core is group plays off one another so well. Also Yvette Nicole Brown has such an amazing singing voice! I wish they had found more reasons to include it in the show. What a crazy random happenstance that this video drops the same week that the Star Trek franchise's first ever musical episode drops. Now *that's* a double feature... I sometimes wonder if i would have had a boyfriend in high school if i had stuck with the drama club. In middle school we were going to do "Bye Bye Birdie", but half of the boys were only participating because their girlfriends made them, and they dropped out midway through the semester. So we had to pick a different play. It *was* hilarious when the only makeup person was helping the girls prep for the stage, leaving the middle school boys to attempt putting on lipstick for the first time...

Things I did not expect from this reaction: MLM-themed ASMR. It's a really fun episode, but I think it's really interesting to see who body-snatches who: Abed 1st (beat of his own drum) Troy > Abed Pierce > Troy & Abed (the young, cool members of the group) Annie > Troy, Abed, and Mr. Rad (the institutional figure and the friends in the group who can go "loosey-goosey") Jeff > Annie Shirley > None of the group members. (Young kids not far off in age from her children) Britta > Jeff

The best part about this episode , is it's just invasion of the body snatchers, with singing .

“Oh… Britta’s in this?” I love this episode, it’s great. All of the songs are funny and I would unironically listen to Jehovah’s Most Secret Witness if it were a full song. I can’t explain why but my absolute favourite part of this episode is how insanely uncomfortable Jeff clearly is during Annie’s song. He looks like he wants Zeus to smite him from the heavens
