The end of the first episode "The Guy from Jeff's Gym" was a paradoy of the 1980's CBS show called The Equalizer, which was remade in a series of Denzel Washington movies that almost have no relationship to the original show

I think the ending sequence of Grifting 101 is a parody of TV show, The Equalizer, or at least the end shot with the car and the font look like it. I think I only ever saw like half an episode of it, so I can't speak to much beyond the visual similarity.
