Man I had this Falzer Version almost 100% my save file all I needed was the SP verizon of Colonel. While grinding it my game crashed and bam memory wiped and had 5 starts working on that 6 by 100% the chips

If you're asking how to get the card key for area 3, it's near the bridge headed toward that area, it's invisible and you need to press A until you find it. It's on a dark tile.
