@@MikeMiller-jd1rq Chevy is Peirce. From what i've heard from cast members or writers in interviews is that he was vindictive and jealous of Donald Glover. He makes sexist and racist statements going so far as to use the N word on set. The other cast members were uncomfortable with him. And so he had to be kicked off the show. He also hated the show and said that it was not funny at all.

the two main reasons he wanted out of the show was 1) he hated the hours. Like a lot of TV shows, they gotta get up early and stay very late to shoot, and 2) Chevy didn't like the way Pierce was racist. And that whole Harmon-Chevy fight is in the past, i think they are on good terms now, so maybe he'd consider a comeback for a movie. But not sure how the rest of the cast get along with him, but Joel and Danyy have said they got along just fine.

Bob Bobsen I feel like making slightly racist comments to a co-worker still seems kinda tame compared to Pierce, most of his dialogue is some kind of derogatory term/reference or just a “he’s clearly out of date” joke. I personally loved it because Chase made it somehow like-able as a character and actually got some good lines in.

I don’t know about **should** forgive him for being late, but she *should* be consistent about her moral stances. Albeit he communicated it on a prickish way. It’s wrong of her to be selective in her principles, but it’s also wrong of Jeff to “win” an arbitrary position he doesn’t care about at the cost of someone else’s internalized shame.
