給湯器の熱交換器をゲットしました。 ガス代節約に廃油ストーブと熱交換器を組み合わせて、給湯器にしたいなぁと思って何度も見てました。 でも、溶接機もないし、穴開ける機械もないし・・・ 考えて参考にさせていただきます。

Now I feel equipped with the understanding to build one for my shop! I do have a couple questions. Why did you choose to make only two rows of holes? What ideas do you have to increase the heat output to heat a larger area?

なぜ空き缶サイズが出てこないんでしょうね、絶対需要あると思うんですが、得られる熱量と 完全燃焼の問題が克服できないんでしょうか… 実現できてる人もプラモ用の吹き付けスプレーとか、ファンじゃなくてコンプレッサーの圧縮空気とかを使ってるので やっぱり空燃比がシビアになるんだろうなとか勝手に思ってます

16 holes at 30 degrees does not make 360 ( a circle)

It means that the angle of each hole is 30 degrees with respect to the pipe. The circumference of the pipe is measured with paper, and it is divided into 16 equal parts to determine the position of the holes. It does not mean that the angle with the next hole is 30 degrees.

@@shimanukinouen there is only 360 degrees in the circumference of any circle. Therefore if you drilled holes every 30 degrees you would only have 12 not 16. If there was 16 holes, then they would be 22.5 degrees apart. Machinist here. Been doing this for over 25 years.

@@paulhamilton5634 30 degrees is the angle at which a hole is made in a pipe. Instead of drilling a hole vertically in the pipe, it means tilting the blade of the drill 30 degrees to drill a hole in the pipe.

You spend to much video time showing how you dangerously holding the pipe while you widen the slot. It should be clamped into a vice. Poor example! Why not show how far you welded the disk inside the pipe and the sloppy welding job? What is the point of plugging the pipe there?

Sometimes on a farm we have to improvise to get things done efficiently. Realistically, holding the pipe is not too dangerous. The video clearly wasn't produced as a safety example. When you watch a video, you can take what you learn and improve upon it. In this case, whether it be safety measures, combustion, electronics, or any other aspect. Attacking the video producer doesn't improve anything. Good luck making your experience better!
