Sir, there is one mistake in section 455 (Dormant company) pg. no. 42, topic "Application for status of Active company". It should be - Directors shall within 7days apply for status of Active Company if it omits to do an act mentioned in MSC-1 and not status of Dormant company. Please rectify the mistake in your compact book ASAP
