And MODS make it so much better IMO. Blitzkrieg, Europe At War, and the JOINTOPS Missions that come with them are just awesome. That's not even all the Mods for COH. I also can't believe the game is almost 20 years old. I had the Disc for each game back then, COH, OPPOSING FRONTS & TALES OF VALOR.

I came back 2 years later again. Still, it is one of the greatest coh campaign walkthroughs. Especially Carentan Counterattack - 1:42:01 it is the masterpiece with 6 snipers spam to deal with the mortar spam and unlock 350 kills. Legend :)

the story-telling, the artworks, the music, the lighting...an allrounded atmosphere...throughout all COH 1 (DLC incl.)missions and cinematics...brilliant. But those were the times in which PVP-balancing didn´t cause too much pain in the head of game-developers and didn´t take too much of their time and attention...the main effort just being put on story-telling and mission-design...

Hi sir, i need your help about the video game 'Company of Heroes' which is released by a real company? did every first release of the Company of Heroes series have the same campaign mission? For example, Company of Heroes, Company of Heroes - Opposing Front, Company of Heroes - Tales of Valor, and Company of Heroes - Legacy Edition. When I open each series of game applications it shows that the campaign mission is the same. Also, I'm wondering what is the difference between each series in this first release of Company of Heroes even though when I open it up it has the same campaign mission? try to explain in more detail about this game

That can't be expert difficulty. About the Mortain mission, I'm playing at hard and I start with just one squad, 2 snipers and 3 tanks, and only one sector under my control. You must be playing at the easiest level of difficulty, at least for that map.

The Mortain counterattack carries over whatever forces/territory you had from Mortain defense and then gives you three tanks and a squad of riflemen. I wouldn't have to be nearly as careful with my units if I wasn't on expert.
