I did try toptec 4200 in my vento and it is great. I could notice there is less engine noise and you'll need to top up after 7.5 k. Currently at 12k after the last oil change and top up at around 8k.

Check oil cooler. Mostly in vw cars oil cooler seals goes wrong and oil started dripping otherwise oil sump gasket is worn.

Sir I have two queries I will be really grateful if you solve them. I own skoda rapid disel . 1. I used 5w30 from local a petrol pump as oil level was really low (4500 km since last servicing )and I was out of town. I topped up around 1.5L. Should I drain and change the oil now? I called service centre they said no need to change oil. 2. Can I change oil and disel filter from local garage or i should be visiting authorised service centre. (Authorised service centre is approximately 90kms from my place)

👉Most of the duplicate Engine Oil available in the market is from Castrol. Even though distributors can't differentiate. So go with Mobil1, Shell helix, & Liqui Moly Molygen 5w40.

(2013) Initially I used CASTROL 5w-40 Magnetic professional But for the last 2 changes I have been using MOBILE Super 3000 Formula 1 5w-40 Fully Synthetic Oil Meets the requirements of API SM,SL - API CF. I do not understand these Technical Specs. But my Polo TDi Diesel Engine gives amazing performance. # Good Pickup # 21 Kmpl mileage # Good Speed 120 Kmph # Smooth Engine (Low Noise/ Less Vibration) However.., Please kindly inform me whether this Mobile Oil is Suitable for Polo TDi Car or not.
