always feel that long call successful rate is very low due to the time decay, short put is still the best

That will totally depend on the stock and your personal account size and or risk tolerance. For example, I have a number of long call positions in FDX and AVGO, and others that are up 400+ percent where if I had sold puts I would be up 15%. Also, to sell cash secured puts, I need to have a sizable account for the extensive margin requirements as well - so I feel they both have their place in a persons trading arsenal.
