That Grand Silverleaf is by far my favorite model from Grand. You can actually get it in Parker too. Parker is for rich folks who want a lot of land to go with their big house. Frisco for me. Thanks for this. I looked at this house last year and was blown away. The only other house in Frisco right now that is arguably better is that Huntingon model over at Fields. It's a little more money for sure and presents a little fancier and then of course you'd be living in Fields vs this Grand community which is just a regular neighborhood. The second house is too old timey/country looking, and the layout is a little scattered and they should be absolutely ashamed for where they put that TV in the living room. One of your best videos ever.
