AMAZING VARIETY OF COMPARISON!!! This is exactly the kind of content that I look for, I have a huge preference for the civilian ration videos on KZbin but there’s too much variety for me to navigate and you being able to do this for me really helps form my opinion and it’s what I enjoy watching the most. Obviously doing this often is economically unwise and I wouldn’t want you to risk your bank account anyway but I would love it if you did more of this kind of content!

Seriously awesome comparison review. Thank you for this. The components in the Apack meals were interesting, I'd be interested in trying our that sunflower butter. The Meal Kit Supply cases are usually awesome, but you got some strange combinations. Personally, I'm not buying cases again until s**t gets back to normal. I have a few cases stashed, and a few sellers that are reasonable for individual meals. If you're looking to get rid of any of those hash browns menus, let me know. They're one of my favorites....

I fear they will go up again. These are one of my good groups out on the road, and if covid hits again,they become very important quick!!

I found two military case B for $88 each with free shipping. I got them in three days. Turned out to be Socrapo snivilian meals. I was pissed. Only 2 menus, chili mac and veggie lasagna with an accidental beef goulash dropped in. They never responded back to my email. So mad. Pissed. Grrr! Great video bud!

It makes sense to get use at least 2 vendors. I also recommend buying directly from the manufacture. I just got my first 2 case from MRE Star and was happy to find they provided a A menu and B menu (I ordered two at the same time). While they are 6 menus in each case, each case had different menus. Anyway, I currently have cases from MRE Star, Sopako, XMRE XT1300, APack (low sodium). This helps to have a variety of menus as well as protect against manufacturing defects. As of today, all were made between the last two weeks of December 2021 through March 2022. APack has the best SH prices as well as MRE case price, MRE Star and Sopako the worst cost.

Good deal! Yeah, you get the freshest straight from manufacturers. I haven’t tried MREStar in years. They used to be inedible, but heard they aren’t so bad now. I’ll have to give them another try lol

I've seen military ones going for over a $100 dollars and more. Civilian ones make more sense financially and you get more or you can add to them. Exspeacly the Italian with alcohol. For the price you can go to a specialty food store and buy a bottle of booze for way less and get more to eat and drink.

Yes, I agree! These type of meals are typically used for emergency situations. I wouldn’t compare to a $100 Italian ration, as most people only ever get one of them to try out once lol. I was more comparing them to US MREs and Canadian IMPs that are relatively cheap and available.

Nicely done Amigo!! I have seen all, and tried all, except the Ameriqual Disaster relief meal? I have tried their civilian meals, just not labeled and packaged like that. May be older style meal, re packaged, renamed, or, A new concept. Unsure which. Labeling on them, does leave A little to be desired. They might rethink labeling. I spoke too soon. I have not tried the Chef 5 Minute meals either, my bad. Some different menus. Cool. I like the concept of included tray. You dislike bacon, and sausage, LOL????? Dang Canucks !! Great unboxing friend. I will message this weekend, on an off the wall idea. I have several of these meals, in , Sopakco, reduced sodium, and, in MRE nation meals. Nice comparison CT. Now i know what to buy and what not to buy. I have to say there were to much rice components in my opinion. LOL. Some of the meals i was very suprised aboout the combination of the mains. Elbow Mac with Au Gratin Potatoes? Really? The 5min meals suprised me in a positive way. Very nice.

That's a large MREs, good amount of food. I'll try the hash browns. That's not much for $7. It would have been so much better if you could read what's in the one box. Oh I love garlic mashed potatoes. I tried the spaghetti chef five it was pretty good. I'll try anything you don't like. I can throw some $ for it if you want.

That A pack pork with sauce and rice sounds good, Hash browns are awesome I cant believe you don't like that meal, what is wrong with you lol. Wish we could get stuff like this in the UK. The disaster recover packs and the chef 5 minute meals also look good. You got some great scores here CT! Apple maple oatmeal & Zapplesauce and the hash brown potatoes and zapplesauce or pork patty in the last box also look amazing. Your well set in your truck now :) These will keep you going for a good few weeks. I agree the XMRE lite looked pants. Would probably pay £3 / £4 each for them at most.

Rations aren’t cheap, and it seems many other reviewers aren’t always truthful about how much they actually like some of these rations.
