Learn about the Dual Court System in the US and compare the Florida Court System to our Federal System.
Topics covered in the video: Jurisdiction (Original vs. Appellate vs. Discretionary), Trial Courts vs. Appeals Courts, detailed look at the Florida Court System and the difference between the County and Circuit trial courts.
This video is designed for middle and high school level civics/government classes. I use these to teach, review for tests, or remediate after tests. Also used at the end of the year for EOC or final exam type state assessments. They can be done with guided instruction from the teacher or assigned individually (Works well with home connect or distance learning). Thanks for watching!

Thank you! My EOC is in one week and I find myself coming back very day to study from your videos. I find these videos simple, and easy to understand, they are also not boring. I like this video in particular because I had a hard time understanding Florida court in class, and Civics Review covers it unlike any other video. Tysm:)
