I was sold on the largest Pinnacle until you showed me the dresser drawers in the master bedroom there's no room for clothes in there in a dresser!

Very Mediocre but I rather know how the plumbing, lumbercore, and if they have implemented Azdel in their lineups

Far from mediocre my friend. You must be new to the brand. Construction specs are detailed on Jayco's website if you're truly interested. Pex plumbing, ABS piping. Fiberglass sidewalls vacuum bond lamination with aluminum framing. No Azdel. Magnum truss roof system, strongest in industry. 2+3 yr warranty, best in the industry. Again, you'll find their website very informative. If you have questions, an assistant is readily available on their link. I've owned 3 Jaycos, all had impecabble detail and outstanding build quality. It's fits. You can find whatever brand fits you, there's many to choose from. Good luck.
