I saw something recently that would remedy those steps to the loft to make them more "barefoot friendly." They took a pool noodle that you can get from the dollar store and cut it to size, then made a horizontal cut, and BAM! You get cushioned steps on the 🪜

This is a great floor plan! I really like the versatility of the mid bunk room. On a rainy day, kids could play with a few toys/ video game 🎮 that may be stowed in a bin on the loft. I like the desk, drawers & upper cabinets & that the bunk lifts up. I agree that on side of the bathroom vanity should be left open for a small trashcan, + for the doors on the bathroom storage cabinet.

Josh, love the floor plan. My wife and I bought ours in February as a couples trailer, but mid room and couch are great for guests. The only thing not in your video is the mention of the odometer in the trailer. The only bad part in the trailer Floorplan is that when the bathroom slide door is closed, you can not open the right side door of the sink cabinet. Thank you for all your videos that you make. You are the absolute best at what you do!!!

I don't usually look at bunkhouse type campers at all but that room is pretty cool! It definitely could be a great work from home office! This gives me something to think about. We plan on going full time in a couple of years and this is a good one.

ive got this same exact rig, i live fulltime in it. 4 months so far and i love it. few issues with plumbing leaks. but its been solid. i gutted the bunk room and made it my office. 2 40" monitors on a desk where the sofa was. the bunk room is huge once you pull everything out. you have to take the couch apart and the door off and it still barely fits to take it out. the shower sliding glass door is absolute trash. i ripped that out and put a curtain and rod. the seal job was terrible and it leaked. i had to replace all the p traps because they were cracked and dripping. i got a washer and separate dryer, they fit great and i love them but they are so noisy its impossible to sleep when they are running. be nice if they could have put those somewhere else. i think if the master closet and bathroom could be reversed, this would be an amazing setup. i just leave the top bunk made up and looking nice with pillows, so guest have somewhere to stay. the bunk is a whole lot more comfortable than the fold outs. i sure wish there was a dedicated silverware drawer and paper towel holder in the kitchen, and waste bucket in the bathroom. i also put a full residential size purple king mattress. fits like a glove. also, i swapped the fridge outside and put the griddle in there. fits and functions perfect. for some reason my window above the stove doesnt open and its solid. i absolutely hate that i cant open that window while i cook.

I've been thinking about a bunkhouse and what my perfect arrangement would be (more like a guest room). I'd have the desk side pretty much as it is, except the desk would pull out (like the kitchen table does) to make a larger area to do jigsaw puzzles. On the bed side, just have the upper bunk gone, & make a storage area (higher up than the top bunk was), and absolutely no loft. Not quite as large as a second bedroom but very functional for me, even without guests. 😊

We have a 2023 Cougar 368MBI. That loft is straight storage! But my son is 6’2” and 220 pounds. He’s not going up in the loft! I do really like this unit, there are certainly things I like better than our Cougar mid-bunk. We usually throw a full size air mattress on the folding sofa in the mid-bunk room. It is impossible to walk around once we do that. It looks like this one may have enough room to walk in front of such a set up. Great video as always Josh! Thank you! #nerdherd

I wonder if any appliance manufacturers are working on a smaller heat pump combo washer/dryer for RVs. The new units that have come on the market from GE, Samsung, and LG have been a game-changer since they only need 120V and require no vent.

I know you just put this out 3 weeks ago but I would love to see you do the 25s that are starting to hit the Lots now. I know there's a few differences I seen about on today and in the kitchen had a single larger sink and the pantry near the TV was gone so the counter space was bigger. They also said the filtered water spout is gone and now the unit comes with this really high tech water filtration system. I know there's more differences and I would love to see you go through it in detail showing them the way you do
