Having a winning record this year will be phenomenal! New coach, new players/ young players, new conference.

We'll see if Fisch is as good of an X's and O's coach as DeBoer but so far he's proven to be a much better recruiter and marketer of the program.

I’m excited for this season and I’m following the team closely, but it’s gonna be hard to beat play calling of Grubb and Kalen last two years was a master class of coaching let’s just hope that Fisch can land some top Tear talent this season.

Great topic and you guys made great points. It’s going to be so interesting to see how this next season unfolds. Deboer is such an outlier. I have never seen such a team continually win while lacking so much. Their primary RB went undrafted and yet was dominating while healthy. The defense was so bend and sometimes break. Numerous times you would see secondary players go into run support and thrown to the ground. Yet they won. Deboer might be the best game day manager and his offense still has more wrinkles and set ups that were never needed or he was lacking in the right personnel to fully execute. I will be excited to watch both programs unfold.

Given the state of money ball, i am glad uw is recognizing how difficult recruiting has now become

Roman I have a question for you? What are your thoughts on players playing both ways? I know it’s not widely done but it could be done!

If both the player and coaching staff are willing to do it, I'm ok with it! Travis Hunter is the only example to point to in this age and is obviously a special case, but it could certainly be done! It's completely understandable why it's so rare, but I'm definitely in the mindset of giving players as many opportunities as possible to shine and if it happens to be someone doing what he's doing or maybe a throwback to the Shaq Thompson days, I'm all for it! It's so much fun to watch.

Jed has a tough job. Loosing all those players almost all new starters I think he will be successful

It is funny as how I myself have as commented on every channel imagined. Physics one day to religion to dogs playing. It is amazing to me how little we have for media out here in support of football. Fan base as so lax also. Fans do not take it all serious here enough. I like Jedd he will succeed also. Safer is running first than here passing.
