They are both nice and I like the detail on the right but one thing is that the one on the left is that it is long and also a prop so you can use it for cosplay but it will look really nice when completed

Fun Fact: when filming Return Of The Jedi the lightsaber Mark Hamill used for most of the movie is actually the same prop Alec Guiness used as Obi Wan in A New Hope, and Luke’s actual lightsaber was only used in closeup shots.

Ok here is my honest opinion (no hate) I think that Korbanth and your lightsaber’s are both great, however It is usual to say that yours is better because you made it in the way you wanted it whereas korbanth is just stock, of course with a little bit of being biased with the thing you made. (Keep up the videos, they’re great ❤️ )

I see so many variations with that saber. Especially the stalk above the grenade part. On yours it's a dark color, on the other it's a gold color. Which one is more screen accurate?

Based on all the reference photos and research out there, the darker color is more accurate. Definitely take a look at TheRPF and check out all the reference pics, it’s really cool!

Fun fact! A lot of the light saber props were made from the big flash parts from old day cameras.

Mainly the luke lightsaber from 4-5! This obi-wan ep 4 only uses the clamp from the graflex flash. All the rest of the parts are mismatched assortment of things, ww2 weapons, sink knob, etc

A tiny bit maybe, overall dimensions are very different. But the dark one is made by RomanProps, and is a nearly 100% replica of the real world parts the movie prop was made from

They are the right colors, this is the Ep. 4 hilt not the Ep 3 hilt. Ep 3 and TV show hilts are the only ones with a copper neck section

Korbanth is the clean version, RomanProps is the weathered one 👍 RomanProps is the most prop accurate you can get aside from real world parts. Roman used his real world parts as references
