I had pregnancy rhinitis also. Diffusing eucalyptus oil at night was a life saver! And sudafed was wonderful when it got really bad, but you have to ask for it at the pharmacy.

I've been following you since early in your pregnancy with Micha 😆 I follow all y'all's channels and Cam's family channel. Can I suggest scanning your ultrasounds into the computer and backing them up. Ive been told they can fade over the years. I am currently 30 weeks with #2 our first is 7 years old. I love comparing there ultrasounds 😍. With our son I only made it to 29 weeks so from here out is a new experience for us. 😂 I've actually made a photo collage of my babies comparing. We are having a girl this time :).

Austin make sure you use some sensitive toothpaste. There’s also some sensitive mouthwash you can get too. My teeth are really sensitive and the sensitive toothpaste and mouthwash helps. Can’t wait to see more updates on baby #2 ❤️

Pizza rolls for me. When I was pregnant with my daughter (who’s about 3 weeks younger than Micah), all I wanted to eat was bread with red sauce. Pasta sauce, pizza sauce, anything Italian and tomatoes. Bread sticks or mozzarella sticks dipped in pizza sauce. I could not stop eating it.
