I only have one from Just Turnings and loveeee it. The threads aren’t the smoothest, but it’s not really that noticeable. The resin is absolutely stunning and I’m in love with it. I’ll definitely be getting another. 😍

I keep checking the Bonecrusher website & IG feed to see if "my" pen catches my eye. So far not yet. This was a great bit of info on handcrafted pens. Thanks!

Ooh that Bonecrusher model looks nice! I decided to order one to try out. So far, the most comfortable hand turned maker for me has been Studyo Agackakan, which is sold through Galen Leather. I own 3 different resins.

I now have 3 Silverburl pens and adore them. John is wonderful to work with on custom pens and his work is beautiful. Given how much you like the section/threads on the Velma, I think you’d really like John’s Stepless model

The Onslow looks also like a Carolina Pen Co PM 1 blank - I have similar resin on my Leonardo MM that I recently bought

I love my Bonecrushers, as you know, but I also really like my Ritter's Writers and Wet & Wise. I would love to try other makers like Walltown and Silverburl.

Yes waterlily koi is a Carolina Pen co blank and I ordered the Velma WL koi from Bonecrusher 7 studios after seeing this one featured in your earlier video on this pen. James give such an amazing service ! The symbol according to James means this when I asked - “This is what the outer symbol means, the inner symbol or the arrow pointed up means strength or courage. So to me it means the strength or courage to over come obstacles.” Apparently it is the Greek symbol Inguz

Yes, I have seen the outer symbol/rune represent wealth and fertility - so I guess the arrow adds strength and courage to that?
