We need an ability to buy guide rail without a base, for those who already have rip cut base.

The Rip-Cut base (prior to the Accu-Cut) isn't compatible with the guide rail. You will not find channels on your current Rip-Cut base that would align with the guides on the Accu-Cut. That's why you can't buy a guide rail alone, it wouldn't work.

the rip cut isn't 100% accurate or compatible with my Porter Cable saw. Still keeping it though as the feature of repetitive same cuts is the best thing about it.

I got mine today and Noiced that. I'm thinking if I tighten it down enough it may leave little dents where I can still just a little and see if that set screw won't hold better

Yep.. I took my Accu-cut back for that exact reason. I need to rip 8ft boards.. so the Rip-Cut is a better option.

I'm often making long, triangular cuts which are often longer than 48". Your track won't be useful on these cuts if you do not offer a longer one piece track, (60" would work for me), or the ability to connect multiple tracks together. If you had either option available right now I would be ordering one instead of writing this and pondering the purchase. That's a swing and a miss.

curious if the rip cut guide would work for your long cuts. i often build cabinets on sites with hand tools, no shop, just people's drive ways, mostly with melamine which come 49 X 97. i'm going with rip guide and see if it'll stick to the melamine. i noticed all cuts were with ply.

I wish I wouldn’t have bought mine. Used I once and not very good results. That was over a year ago. Should have took it back when I could have. Oh well!!!
