このランキングはどこの言葉が母国語かによって変わってくる相対的なものですね。私の母国語は日本語なので、上位にくるマンダリンや韓国語のハードルは高くないですが、アラビア語はやっぱりハードルは高いですね。漢字文化圏の人から見たランキング、アラブ諸国の人から見たランキング、英語圏の人から見たランキングなど相対比較しても面白いかも知れませんね。

Chinese and Arabic languages are the most developed languages used worldwide, but they are also the most difficult. The Mongolian language, Turkic language, and Finnish language are similar. In particular, the Mongolian language and the Turkic language are completely similar in pronunciation, grammar, and context, so they often seem like the same language. In particular, the Mongolian language and the Turkic language can be viewed as completely sibling languages. So the names of Mongols and Turks are similar. Moreover, it seems to be because the Mongols and the Turks were historically the same people to begin with and were nomadic peoples.

2:27 is not Romanian but old Moldavian from old times of King Stephen the Great (years 1457 to 1504) when it was a mix of Latin and Cyrillic alphabets. Russian and Greek languages use Cyrillic, meanwhile language itself is similar to Latin and/or Italian. These writings with combination of both alphabets are found on banners and flags from these times and can be seen in museum of history.

The difficulty depends heavily on the native language. English speakers would find Scandinavian and Romance languages easier than Slavic ones. Indo-European as a whole are closer to them than e.g. Finnish. And the East Asian languages are associated with unfamiliar cultural codes. Different way of communicating, expressing oneself, etc.

I'm learning Japanese too. I heard that Korean has particles similar to Japanese particles, is that true?
@hallian797

@@ThighFish Yeah, the sentence structures and verb conjugations are quite similar, even some words are too. They say learning korean helps you learn japanese and vice versa.

Hey don't be so dissapointed, I've learned Japanese in just few months! And now i can also write them and master some kanji on Japanese. I can't believe Japanese is one of "the hardest to study". If you do watch anime, you can learn Japanese easily! 👀✨

The difficulty of the language actually comes from your native language if you speak English, mandarin is the hardest language Bc of the amount of difference there is the way it’s spoken, written, and structured.
