I knew the last two. For those who did not know: since Scooby-Doo was supposed to be originally a dog named 'Too Much', that thought was held on one of the concerts ( I think, of a popular singer, Frank somebody, I do not remember his surname ), when the singer vocalized a good sound which sounded like: dooby-dooby-doo. The director actually thought: hmm, I like this. Let me just edit it a little ( not precisely word-for-word ). And THAT is how Scoobert von dooenheimer originated.
