Even 300-500 yrs humans will never travel outside solar system even the nearest star proxima centaure with planet proxima centauri B if it is suitable for life will need to travel 75000 yrs to reach.

Terraforming a familiar planet like Mars would most likely be cheaper and more time efficient, compared to traveling to a planet that's lightyears away.
@ominiouspressence48532 ай бұрын
Yeah no, bigger doesn't always mean better for us humans. Not to mention that planet's environment will differ to what we r accustomed to. The main thing is that the gravity will be much heavier then earth's. Human body will take a new type of form to, get use to it, like have extra pair of legs or we will be much shorter. Either way, we will be no longer be human, but something else entirely.

This looks at the top exoplanet candidates that could support human life. Key factors include distance from Earth, similarity to Earth in size and composition, presence of water, and the potential for an atmosphere. Some of the top exoplanets, like Proxima Centauri b, Kepler-452b, and TRAPPIST-1e, are located in their stars' habitable zones, meaning they might have conditions for liquid water. By comparing these planets, we can identify which might be the most promising places for future human exploration or even colonization.

@@shaunosmorrison8385Also, an Earth-type planet at the Martian distance (1.5 AU) with Earth's size, mass, gravity, density (5.5 G/CM) and same composition as Earth, large and massive orbiting Io-sized moon, 48-hour day/night cycle, geomagnetic field, Earth-like atmosphere with Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, CO2 and Methane would be inhabitable and livable while a Mars-type planet at the Venusian distance (0.7 AU) or 0.8 AU with half of Earth's mass (0.5 Earth masses) and gravity (0.5Gs) Mercury's density (5.4 G/CM), strong and powerful magnetic field, 24-hour day/night cycle, 25 degree tilt, Titan-like atmosphere with Oxygen and Earth-like composition would be habitable and hospitable to life.
