well...Nikola Tesla is a serbian-american born in the village of Smiljan that is in Croatia...but...he was actually born and raised in the days of the Austrian Empire and so in the video they put the yellow+black flag of the Austrian Empire over him ;-) they did the same with Galileo Galilei...since he was born in Pisa (that is now part of Italy) and raised in the days of the Duchy of Florence...they put the flag of the Duchy of Florence over him :-)

Inasmuch as I might agree that Gauss is smarter than everyone else in history by an embarrasingly wide margin, there is no way to accurately estimate his or pretty much anyone else’s IQ. Also, if the basis for your assertion of Gauss’ intelligence is his mathematical ability, you’d best stick Euler pretty closely behind him. Don’t forget Galois and Abel, either.
