Compass Calibration

I was having problems trying to calibrate the compass on my new Evo Lite plus. When I would click on calibrate in the app nothing would happen. Well, this video explained why. The drone is compass calibrated at the factory. This also explains why nothing popped up telling me to calibrate the compass. It flew perfectly which I thought was kind of strange but now it all makes sense. Thanks for the video Mr & Mrs Autel Robotics!

So no response from evo about the issues stated below ? Seems pretty darn important given what at stake with the price of the drone , laws etc.

Unfortunately when I calibrate the Evo exactly like the video the Evo fails the calibration every time. When I do the second step with the camera facing up, the drone is successful in its calibration routine. I mentioned this issue in the Autel Evo forum I got back a few replies that their drone does the samething.

Some calibrations I've seen are performed rotating the drone on its axis. Is this incorrect?

I just got the EVO from the website. I cant tilt the gimal up, can you explain how to do this? I tried the wheel, no luck
