Moe, thanks for the excellent instructional video! Once note: At the 2 minute 5 second mark the narration is describing a District (the Reserve Regiment Barracks) but the display was showing Duma Parties. While the basic components are the same (Mobilization boxes, Organization placeholders, etc.) it might be confusing to viewers. However, the fundamentals are correct, and the correct District is displayed at the 2 minutes 56 second mark.

1:02:12 you placed a cube in an urban district with 'La Marseillaise' opportunity card 24. That card restricts placement to Military and Worker districts.
