To each their own- but now I’ve got hot and fast down after 20-30 cooks and I’m all about it.

I totally agree with Brisket Medic. Having cooked comp in Texas for many years I learned early on that time didnt matter nearly as much as temp. A good meat thermometer will serve you better than any clock.

Pro tip- rub a little oil on the injectors plunger gasket. Boom, no finger cramps😂

Never tried hot and fast but I'm gonna try it. At the end you said dust it with Lone Star Que garlic pepper dust? Could hardly hear.
