Have you use this recipe on another smoker? I have a Pit barrel Cooker, Weber Kettle, Yoder YS640, and Hasty Bake. Any recommendations? I love the pan idea.

I’ve used this on about every type of cooker you can think of. Pellets, stick, can, cabinet. It works every time!

Personally, I'm a bun guy with some mayo slaw on my sandwiches. Lately though, I've been going no bread so I can get more meat...still with cole slaw though - Kevin
