I’ve been trying to come up with a new textbox design, with no avail. However, I have taken great pride in ensuring that my textboxes are completely different to that of Enderman! Also after the Dave Plummer incident I've hated him even more than I used to...

Very nice video! I think that this is quite an interesting idea compiling XP's source code leak back into an working ISO, but I also gotta like how you did it all of this within Windows Vista! Quite late to this ik, but also congrats hitting on 1K subs!

Can you also do stuff with PCMover Professional, which is a tool that transfers programs themselves along with settings from any version, 7 to 11. Would be interesting to transfer a bunch of OEM stuff

How did you compile it without errors? The original XP source code leaked back in September of 2020 was only 98% of the source code. The remaining bits for it being complete were critical Windows files and winlogon.exe being the most important part was missing. Is this by any chance a reversed engineered version of XP?

I used a project, namely OpenXP for this; a team of devs have got together to make it installable and fully functional. As I said in the video, it’s a XP and Server 2K3 ‘hybrid’ - it contains various components from the latter OS, such as Winlogon which was absent from the original code leak… :)

Do you know how to disable Hyper-V in Windows so that VMware does not scream at me about not having Hyper-V disabled?

Never really come across this issue before but maybe try disabling it in optional features in appwiz.cpl > turn windows features on and off

Accordindo to google On Windows 10 you have to: 1 On your PC, open the Control Panel. 2 Select Programs. Programs and Features. 3 Select Turn Windows features on or off. 4 Expand the sections for Hyper-V. Hyper-V Platform. 5 Deselect Hyper-V Hypervisor. On Windows 10 Home devices, deselect Windows Hypervisor Platform. 6 Restart your computer. I disabled it years ago because it was making my PC very unstable, I think it was disabled by default but some programs like Docker will enable it.
