Complaint to Magistrates || CrPC 1973 ||

Complaint has been defined under section 2(d) of CrPC, 1973 and provisions under this has been included in section 200 - section 204 in the same code.

I want to ask if this section 200 ( Examination of Complainant) is applicable in an Execution Petition of a Decree filed in the Consumer State Commission under Section 27 of the Consumer protection Act. Would also appreciate if you could elaborate in detail the relevant sections of CrPC that are applicable for consumer courts, specially section 25 & 27 Consumer Protection Act

I had complained FSSAI against a fully fledged hotel running without taking license.Place of hotel Anantpur rural.The authorities have not acted on my complaint(i have complaint number).Status action required by DO pending. i have done numerous communications with them( email )no response . What is the possible legal remedy will lawyer notice work. Extra info i have rented out a shop next to the hotel.

If false, frivolous and baseless Complaint is filed u/s 200 before the Magistrates Court, then, the aggrieved person, on the similar grounds as stated hereinabove, may prefer - (a) a Revision Application u/s 397 before Sessions Court, thereby challenging and quashing of the said Summons / Warrant issued in pursuant to said Complaint; or (b) a Revision Application u/s 401 before High Court, thereby challenging and quashing of the said Summons / Warrant; or (c) an Application u/s 482 before High Court, thereby challenging and quashing of the said Summons / Warrant, in the exercise of inherent powers of the High Court.

मैडम जी मेरी माता जी से पडोसी वतमीजी किया 323/354/506 धारा मे हम रिपोट थाने मे किये तो आई ओ ने 161के थाने मे ओर 164 के महिल जज के आगे वयान कराये अव वो तीन लोगो को मे से दो के नाम काट दूगा एक का भेजूगा चारसीट मे ये वोला है ऐसा कर सकता है क्या आई ओ 164 के वयान होने के वावजूद भी काट सकता है क्या मैम की नही ओर दूसरा ये की मैम पडोसी भी हम पर रिपोट कराने के लिये 156/3 डाला था कोट मे cjm कोट ने अपने यहा से उसकी कम्पलेड मे ट्रास्फर कर दी ACJm 2 के यहा तो ये सव झूठा है अभी तो उसके वयान ही ना हुये धारा 200 मे ना गवाहो के हुये ये सव हो जाते है तो या तो भगवान की कृपा से डिसमिस ही हो जाये नही होती तो हम क्या करे मैडम वताये थोडा
