This is a well explained video but vital part is missing. as a person has 2 remedies before filling complaint to the magistrate u/s 156(3) of CrPc. 01. Remedy of 154(1) complaint before the police station 02. 154(3) complaint before to S.P. or DCP. and after consuming these 2 remedies a person is entitled for the remedy of 156(3) as decided in the case of Priyanka Srivastava Vs State of UP 19-03-2015. and a person has to submit an affidavit that he has consumed both the remedies of 154(1) & 154(3) before taking remedy of 156(3).

Bhai sec 200 me to examination of witness hai .complaint to 190 me file hota hai . cognizance , examination of witness se pahle Kiya Jata hai bad me nahi.yadi Aisa ho to phir Sec. 196, 197 me ye nahi Likha hota ki , No court shall take cognizance of such offence except with the previous section.balki ye Likha hota ki , No court shall take evidence without sanction. Sath hi sec.200 me ye Kaha hai ki yadi koi court upon his own knowledge cognizance leta hai ya court swayan complainant hai to complainant Ka examination jaruri Nahi hai na ki ye Kaha hai ki koi court case transfer Kiya hai to.
