Seems to be the most accurate lesson for this wonderful, mystical song of Al Stewart's, he gave us lots of special music. Thanks so much.

Thanks Cesar. What a great breakdown of the chords in this classic song. I bet a lot of players can create a chord-melody arrangement from this video and your ideas. Thanks!

Dear Cesar. What a fantastic lesson. I’d just learned this wonderful song on another channel - good enough but your little embellishments nail it, e.g. the fast D on the return to Cmaj7 and also the additional G in the Cmaj7 chord. I simply can’t play that Emaj7 but play an A-shape on the 2nd fret. The standard Emaj7 open is a real good alternative rather than spoiling it trying to play it like you do. Simply can’t stretch that far. Muchas gracias.

Very well put togather. 🎉 I remember this song when I was 11 or so it's part of a wonderful memory of being in the semi truck with my late father. This has been a bucket list song for yrs. I'm glad I found u and your wonderful accent❤.

Muchas Gracias, mi amigo. You provide a level of detail, particularly on the extended chords, that other KZbin tutorials don't seem to provide and that I have a difficult time picking out by ear. The harmonic structure of this song is brilliant and miles from being just a simple folk song.
