I suggest govt should not allow loans and perks for pvt companies if they aren't increasing salary by the same as public sector ..

Our laws should be such that common and middle income groups will get justice. Now govt can easily track the income history of individuals because PAN and others details are linked to one another. Govt may give tax concession for people who is doing something to meet his basic needs like house. A house worth 40 lakhs is not considered luxury for a man who is planning to buy his first house. Ok you may impose the tax is he has several properties. Please make law considering current market value and persons income history. Common sense is what India need in law making
