The purpose of our content is to provide an at home ballet barre workout from beginner all the way to an advanced level ballet dancer.
This is the typical format of barre work that Mr. Solomon would teach during a professional ballet master class at Italia Conti. All of the ballet combinations within the content are there to help build your strength and ballet technique.
Mr. Solomon is an ex English National Ballet dancer and Head of the Italia Conti Dance Course.
