Thanks for your tutorials, they are amazing, I have learnt a lot. I bought Pro subscription to test Midjourney with high hopes, but since I dont know much about it, I am hating it already, it never generated a single image how I wanted.. always zoomed in images and just garbage.. I know its not their fault, its because I dont know how to use it, but I found even Kolors image model generates better than MJ.

I learn a lot from other people. There's really good Midjourney youtube channels like Future Tech Pilot or Cyberjungle you can check out. I also will post prompt tutorial videos from time to time, and try to break it down to make it easier. A lot of it is just trial and error. You can try the "zoom out" feature, and set the zoom factor to something small like 1.1, sometimes this can help. Otherwise if you're not happy with the borders you can always just crop the images

It does still struggle with text, especially longer phrases. You could try the vary region tool to inpaint some of the problematic regions. But other than running a bunch of variations and inpainting, I don't know what else can be done for complicated phrases. Maybe try ideogram for text?

It's possible but you need to be more descriptive in your prompts with exactly what you want, otherwise Midjourney will default to it's training data. Here's a prompt I tried: "full body shot of a tribe of european people with blonde hair and light blue stripes of paint on their faces. They have yellow pupils in their eyes. They are wearing clothing and armor made from gigantic blue and yellow feathers. They carry ancient bones as weapons --ar 16:9 --v 6.0 --style raw --s 50" And then use the zoom tools to pull the camera back

I'm lost. How do i create a private midjourney bot conversation? When i click on Midjourney Bot on right menu I expect a popup with "Message" but is says "Add App". I did that and nothing happens. I also Right clicked on the bot and the "profile" "Message" "mention" popup occures but nothing happens when you select message.. This is in Safari on a Mac. I think it is supposed to take you to a page where you can start to fill in a prompt.

Hey, as far as I know by default your Midjourney images are made public and people can view them. There's a ton of images being generated though, so they may not show up. You could always post in the Reddit midjourney community if you want to get some more visibility.

I've been using MidJourney all year and I still don't really understand 'Raw'. It seems redundant in conjunction with Stylize. The best my mind's eye can define it would be 'more photo real'.

If you try prompting for specific art styles, the raw mode can make a difference in how closely the Ai generated image follows that art style.

@@taoprompts Right, what's interesting is if I just type 'red' or 'blue' in the prompt, when raw is on it gives me flowers, when it's off 3 of the 4 in the quad are pictures of young women, both colors. Not sure if you get the same results, but that's telling if so. Like why is raw less humanistic, and if so why feminine?
