I still need to watch The Endless as well, Sarah has been strongly recommending that one to me for a long time now. We actually saw the film Synchronic recently by the same filmmakers and it was decent, Sarah says The Endless was definitely better. I think we'll grab the HGL set the next time Arrow has a site wide sale, along with the Borowczyk set which I'm curious about. I am also hoping to grab the Takeshi Kitano BFI set at some point, I've been interested in his films ever since watching Hana-bi. We haven't delved into Second Run's releases as of yet, hopefully that's something we can change this year. Great collection Sam, now moving to part 3!

A fine collection Sam, Nice mixture of mixed genres of movies, & speaking of genres, what"s your fav genre ? "The Burning" is a great slasher, you ever seen any of Fulci"s spaghetti westerns ? ("Massacre time" "Four of the Apocalypse" & "Silver Saddle")

How would you rate the studio canal boxsets of Godard and Melville? I've been considering picking them up, maybe the Bunuel box set as well, but I haven't seen much about them.

Melville is for sure amazing! I'm happy to have the Godard set, but I don't like all the films in the set and to have experienced the films inside. If you can get Melville for a decent price it's 100% worth picking up 👍 Thanks for watching!

I get that you catalog by label but I don't understand what order you have them in. Titles are over the place. Obviously not in alphabetical order.
