Sir in murmur question i think ans would be d i.e no further work up is required Because murmur is of grade 2 only No cardic symptoms,xray is normal.

Because it's diastolic not systolic so echocardiography. If it's grade 2 systolic then no further work up. But it's grade 2 diastolic. Check the diagnostic algorithm again.
