Very helpful video. Thanks for posting. I have one question on tracking by time estimate: I've created a project with several tasks: Concept, Design, Drawings. How can I track the project progress based on time estimates for each task? E.G. estimated time for each task is: Concept 20 hrs, Design 160 hrs and Drawings 80 hrs. How would I enter this on a per task basis and then roll up to the project level to track plan vs. actual. Thank you!

In case you forgot to add billable rate to time entry you can add it afterwards just double click on dollar sign and the new hourly rate will be applied

I am a freelance home designer. I have 2 separate exclusive clients/builders I prepare plans for on my computer. I bill them every 2 weeks. During the 2 week period, I work on several house plans at different times during the 2 week period, some of them are the same plan. How can I set up Clockify for a 2 week period ending on Friday of the second work week and then begin another new 2 week period on the following Monday? I use Eclipse Manager now and it has become glitchy so it may be time to change. Thank you.

It is possible since free version of Clockify gives you an option to download reports in PDF CSV or PDF
