I love cod zombies, played waw like crazy, tried to get back into it with that one that had the gladiatoral arena map after not playing an online fps for nearly a decade... The community is so impatient and nobody used mics like they used to. Seems like something that would be really fun with four good friends who can find the time to be online at the same time. I personally found that to be an impossible task so I just stopped again.

hype for the video but i have to make a specific request because i was looking through the zombies lore a few weeks ago and i found one detail that i cannot find any relevance for and its eating me alive. Like its adjacent to relevant events but no where on the wiki ever mentions what happens to it and its surprisingly the only plot hole i can find So after the events of Buried and Origins (in their respective timelines), Primis Richtofen tasks the undead Ultimis Richtofen with getting blood vials from Victis and then goes himself to get two blood vials from both Sal DeLuca and Finn O'Leary from before they're executed for killing Weasel and then goes and gives those blood vials to himself in 1914 (before Origins) and then returns to the lab on Alcatraz to get the Kronorium from Victis and the blood vials from Undead Richtofen and then gives those 8 blood vials to Primis after Zetsubou No Shima Primis drinks this blood at the end of Revelations to survive the multiversal reset that Monty does after the Shadowman is defeated, which is why they get sent back in time to 1299 or whatever to fight the Apothicons in the Great War which restarts the whole cycle. Monty says that the reason this happens is because they consumed the blood of people from universes that no longer exist. Victis' timeline collapsed after Buried, but Sal and Finn's died in Dimension 63 (Mob of the Dead being a pocket dimension) and Richtofen got their vials from Dimension 63. Primis is also from Dimension 63, and Dimension 63 collapsed after the events of Shadows of Evil. Which either means that Victis' blood counts for the collapsed reality (making the mobster blood useless), or that Sal and Finn's blood does count, which not only makes Victis' blood useless but also makes Sal and Finn's blood useless since Primis' own blood should be enough since they're from the same now collapsed dimension. I have found zero reason for Sal and Finn's blood except for the mere mention that a future Richtofen gave his younger self 4 blood vials in 1914 and that they apparently needed to come from somewhere, but I can find no reason that these particular blood vials are even a detail thats mentioned and there's never any explicit reason why it specifically needed to be Sal and Finn's since Billy's blood isn't taken despite being executed at the same time

If im not mistaken Billy’s blood is applicable too, but is never used. The reason why it has to be the mobsters though as opposed to say Victis is because it isn’t about collapsed realities, its about cycles. The mobsters are trapped in a pocket dimension reality that serves as purgatory for them, it constantly repeats itself over and over to punish them before Weasel eventually breaks the cycle, which, fun fact, is what causes the cycle to be broken for the entire zombies universe, and for the Kronorium to change is blood of the dead. So basically, to answer your question, it is the nature of Blood’s very universe that causes the blood vials to work by my understanding, not just the fact it is a collapsed reality. Also, the reason why the blood vials and mob of the dead itself is necessary despite our crew and their quote on quote “universe” also technically being a cycle is because the cycle our crew is in it perpetuated by the blood vials. Remove them from the equation as we see in Blood or rather, factor in the Weasel breaking the entire universe, and eventually, we get Tag. Anyone that says there was supposed to be a great war map is lying, as the great war solely exists within the cycle, and everyone dies at the end of it anyways. Its why Monty sent the crew there in the first place.

That's the THIRD autistic joke I've heard today, and being autistic myself that pisses me off. I get what you mean, I had cancer, my mom had cancer, my uncle died of cancer as a boy, both my grandfather and great grandfather died young of cancer despite one surviving WW2 unscathed.. physically.. and the other serving in Vietnam and having his knee cap destroyed by a trip mine. So when people say "Man, that _____ is such cancer." It sort of ignites memories of my own and my families history with it. You just have to get past it, understand that by no means are they making fun of your condition or belittling any suffering that it has/can cause they are just referencing the caricature of autism. Nobody who light heartedly claims asymmetry triggers their ocd understand how serious OCD can be. The reality that they genuinely believe, despite knowing how irrational and illogical it is, that if they don't click their pen exactly ten times before writing and ten times after they are done that something awful will happen. Or someone saying "I'm a bit bipolar today" when in reality, those who are bipolar can without warning feel like gods one day and gamble away everything on a single roulette spin because they literally think they cannot lose. Really what it comes down to is people, unless directly effected, don't understand the seriousness of these disorders or diseases. As well, I think the one who specifically mentioned autism could potentially be autistic and making jokes about it and using autism as a punchline might potentially be a mechanism that softens the actual toll it takes on his mental and social well being. I think in this case it wasn't meant to harm. You are within your rights to feel the way you do though.

I deeply respect you for talking about something that most people find hard to talk about, and I just want to again, thank you. You are one of the nicest people I've met while discussing this issue, and I really appreciate you talking about your experiences. And I'm gonna criticize one of the ideas you put forth, but just know I think you do have a point, and you're right. You raised a lot of good points, and your response was handled excellently. But you're a bit misguided on this one. I don't get upset at the autism jokes because they take away from the seriousness of it, I get mad at them because they portray autism as a disease, or some contagion, when that isn't the case. I, and many other autistics are perfectly fine the way we are. We don't need changing. Autism doesn't cause me hardship. What does hurt me, is a society that misunderstands me, stereotypes me, insults me, refuses to accommodate my needs, and tries to cure me and change who I am, when a cure isn't possible and never should be. What hurts is this society we live in. This is, similar, in a smaller way, to how racial minorites were treated in the American south. Being black wasn't an affliction. It wasn't a disease. It was perfectly fine, but it was made a living hell to be born with dark skin because of how society treated them. The reason this joke hurts is because it feeds into that societal idea that autism is a disease, and (unintentionally) indirectly increases people's prejudice around autism, and therefore their likelyhood to infantilize, dehumanize, mock, harm, or insult autistic people. These jokes are part of the problem. I know you were trying to be nice, but some of the stuff you said just fed into the idea of autism as an affliction or disease, even though I know you were trying to be nice. You're right. You really are, your response was clearly well thought out, and I REALLY appreciate that you took the time to write it. Sometimes, it can be hard to share a sad story from the past, and you have my deepest respect for being so kind and respectful, and willing to talk. Thank you, so much, for being decent to me, unlike others who I've raised the issue to who just tell me to "quit crying." Thanks again, for reaching out.

I'm so sorry. (not that I'm a normal but it basically came off that way) when in reality you are probably/seem proud of who you are and don't like the misguided stigma or pity that such jokes can inadvertently propagate. Seems like people can't just support others with a condition, we instead pity, fear, or try to fix them, we refuse to just accept them and allow them to make a place in our world. I understand why we are that way, it's so much easier to view things as black or white. I'm terribly sorry for that assumption, it was a tactless one to make that if I thought a bit harder about my reply I may not have made. Thank you for your kindly put reply. I am probably a person you would see as a bit of an ass, I hate the idea of "consideration or sensitivity" controlling what we joke about or what we say. I think it is more so the duty of the listener to step away from something they don't like than to demand this thing to become something they would like but I do understand how, unfortunately, idiots can be swayed by jokes, do no research, and then think they know what is going on.
