This is a fixed base moment connection which is not regularly usted in pre fab steel construcción, there is no tie for horizontal thrust at column bases, a must

For small span not always wind column is provided at gable ends. Specially when you need open space at gable ends. Check at the end of the video, it's for car parking required to keep open at gable ends.
