Sec. 16 talks about courts MM. 👉 U/sec.110 execution of bond 'with sureties'. 👉 Point 273. 173 (1A ) again amended in 2018 and now investigation may be completed in 2 months only. 👉 At 1:51:30 time mention in Bare act is '12 months' and not 1 year! 👉 At 1:58:50 sec.223 is about 'joinder of persons' 👉 At 2:32:16 😃 case name:- Palvinder kaur v State of Punjab 👉 At 2:47:20 CPC order 17 Edit:- Amazing experience of completing crpc in one go!
