I’ve also started focusing on the bundles that include pearls. So I can craft the 5* gems I want, rather than rolling the dice in elder rifts. I tried “whale-ing” with a bunch of 10 crest runs and it didn’t work out, in terms of getting the gems I wanted to upgrade.

Good advice and great video. I used to spend a bit in the shop. If I were to do it again, I'd probably just buy the Awakening for my weapon slots, as that really is the only that F2P players cannot physically get. Really hope they change that to Platinum like the reforge stones though. Now I like to just buy battle passes if the skins look nice.

I've managed to get quite far in the game without spending a dime. It's all about the grind and just having fun. It does get frustrating sometimes when you see a very nice cosmetic that you'd really like to have and can't get your hands on any Eternal Orbs without spending real world currency, but the game still rewards you nicely if you play without spending.

I came back last week. Started fresh with the blood knight. Already paragon 630 on hell 8. Been playing a lot lol. Felt like $50 was worth it for what I got out of the game so far. I’m enjoying it a lot and slowly just playing a few hours here and there. I appreciate your routine videos as well. Thank for all the guides and tips. I don’t think I even got past lvl 50 when the game came out. I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time because of the guides. Also is there a way to transfer servers? I sadly discovered you after already investing a lot into this character on this server.

The best buy in the Diablo franchise is to purchase D4 spending in Immortal unless you have a free hundred grand laying around wouldn't do anything for you in the game. Resonance is for PVP and couple hundred dollars doesn't even move the needle in this game. Build your CR which is free and hone your skills I was f2p and was in 1st place by almost a thousand points in the crusader category when I closed out the game and moved to D4. I was almost 2000 res which I earned through inside trading with my alt. You can get full value in the game without trying to purchase a chicken suit, those wings are a badge of dishonor it says I bought my standing in the game.

I honestly think I haven't even spent $50 on bundles. I don't buy the battle pass cause I don't have enough time to complete it. I will be awakening soon though, and I'm missing about 400 orbs.

I only pay for battle pass and some cheapest bundles when available. If the theme is cool I buy the collectors battle pass but lately the cosmetics were very underwhelming. I don't spend a lot this way and I can enjoy a more fun game than true f2p farming. Also fervent fangs are a great resource for gem upgrades. I already have few 1 and 2 stars maxxed.

Legendary crests are absolute bullshit. As a higher mid tier spender I need multiple dupes of legendary gems to level up and I can’t sell anything from legendary crests. I stopped buying bundles for this exact reason. I’ll never upgrade again.
