Yep...my hand held belt sander broke 5 minutes into the sanding the first part...I had to improvise 😅

Wow that’s a nice bathroom you added to all that Schluter Ditra system! 😂 great job! I do have one small complain and I would have probably done the same so I’m being picky since I’m watching a video of work I didn’t do. In the bathtub area. Wouldn’t it have made more sense to wrap the Ditra around the edge where the tub sits instead of just cutting it flush? I’m looking at it as if the silicone around the tub fails and water gets in there it’ll cause that plywood to swell. Idk I’m not an expert. I’m a diy guy so maybe that’s protocol. Please someone correct me.

Amazing transformation well done. With as cold as it looks its must have been a bear dealing with the tile cutter. Definitely a mad lad with ripping on that table saw with gloves and no gaurd. But that just might be my own inexperience and anxiety talking. An outstanding waste of 16 minutes of my day. Thanks for the video

Well done! I might be wrong because the last time I did a bathroom renovation was 15 yeas ago, but should you have installed a different drywall around the shower? The fiber glass/ mold resistance?

everything is great except for that countertop. the wood was warped, wasn't sanded well but I guess that's the look you were going for which is fine, the epoxy pour was really bad, the bubbles and the drips are really visible, i thought you were going to sand it nicely but it looks like you just left it like that :(
