Tw: toxic partner/domestic violence. I felt the need to share this. A few years ago, my ex threw his head through our living room wall and created a huge hole. The hole stayed there for weeks, with me continually asking him to fix it and him refusing to do so. One day while he was at work, I went and got new paneling, and put it up while he was away. I had no idea how so I watched a lot of KZbin videos, but I think I did a great job. He came home and saw it, and was ravenously angry with me. Told me it looked terrible and I had no idea what I was doing. This video reminded me that I no longer live in that environment, I'm free now. I'm not afraid to do things around the house or to the car for fear of my current partner getting angry and harming me. Thank God for that.

Awesome, good to hear that. I do tons of remodeling myself and I think it’s great to see more and more women do things like this. We built onto our home in 1989 and I was 5 or 6 months pregnant putting on roofing shingles. It was pretty funny because we had a couple young men that wanted to learn how to do it and help us out. The one kid kept telling me that I needed to down so I wouldn’t fall off, but I wasn’t doing the edges just the main roof line. Wow, that was so long ago. Interior Design school also helped me too. Keep on doing what you love and can do. ❤

go to b&q, grab a sheet of mdf I used 9mm and ask them to cut it. 50p a cut after the first 5. just take your measurements of the room with you

It's just tube glue, not sure if she's using drywall glue but it's at most home stores. Imo id do proper full panels or at least nail the trim to the studs so it does not peel off.

You don’t need glue you can just nail it on, which makes for simpler removal if you decide to change it up in the future.
